2.3 mt Double Hinged Door Garden sheds

We love the feedback we get from our customers. Over the last year customers have been asking for 2.3 metre sheds, but with double doors rather than a single door. Other shed makers have been reluctant to develop this variation as it has a higher level of steel wastage relative to other sizes.

What they did not understand is that there is an Australian wide trend towards smaller backyards. In fact, the average Australian back yard has diminished by close to 40% over the last 10 years. No longer is the traditional 3 x 3 garden shed fit for purpose, today 2.3 x 2.3 is more appropriate.

However, there is still a need for storing larger garden and recreational equipment that needs a double door opening. This is the problem we have solved with the new range of gable roof garden sheds that have a 2.3 wall with a double hinged door.

Not only are Australian back yards getting smaller, the available space for a shed is often a long thin strip of land between the house and fence. A 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, or 1.5 metre skillion roof garden shed is a more suitable choice in these circumstances.

Bringing the 2.3 metre wall with double hinged doors into this family of sheds gives a much broader and flexible range so our customers can find the shed that really suits their space.

So, the introduction of the 2.3 metre wall with double hinged doors has increased our garden shed range by more than 200 additional shed variations.
